• 1.How do I know what my cost will be on a memorials?

• 2.How do I measure a memorial?
•     1.All memorial measurements are taken length x width x height,
•     2.and you must always measure from the bottom joint to top of the highest point,
•     3.also measure the headstone, base, cover plates, borders and vases.. separately.
• 3.Will I get an confirmation of my order and what should I do with it?
•     1.Yes,
•     2.the confirmation of your order will have all of the information regarding your memorials color, size, finish, design and lettering as well as product cost as we have interpreted it from your original order.
• 4.May I get a drawing of what my memorials will look like?
•     1.Yes, AutoCAD Design is available, we can create for you based on your measurements, photos and other references.
•     2.Once you have looked over your drawing and approved all spellings, carvings and layout designs, you are required to send it back to our offices with an approval signature.
•     3.It is extremely important that you check the drawing carefully. It is much easier to make any needed changes or modifications on paper prior to the production of the memorial.
• 5.What is the minimum quantity of each shipment?
•     1.In generally we quote, manufacture and delivery with a 20ft full container for every single individual stonemason.
•     2.But the partial container goods is acceptable, please remind us this important information before your quotation to obtain all cost at a time.
• 6.What if I receive a damaged piece of granite on a delivery?
•     1.Traveling thousands miles, crates or products could be damaged, in the event you must take immediate action, please instruct your personnel to check all deliveries receipt or bill of lading,
•     2.all products should be insured by you or us, a replacement or fixing cost will be applicable.
• 7.Does OlympiaStone offer a warranty with the memorials they manufacture?
•     1.We will guarantee our memorial to be free from defect in granite and craftsmanship.
•     2.All our stone products are 5 years guaranteed.
• 8.How long will my memorials be produced?
•     1.2 - 4 Weeks (15 - 30 Days) depends on designs and waiting status of production.
• 9.How long will the shipment & transport take to get my memorials?
•     1.Your logistic agent or our shipping company both could organize.
•     2.2 - 4 Weeks to Australian Ports,
•     3.3 - 6 Weeks to North American Ports,
•     4.4 - 6 Weeks to European Ports.
• 10.What is OlympiaStone shipping procedures?
•     1.Most of these trucks are not equipped with cranes therefore you would be responsible for unloading the granite deliveries.
•     2.We use many different carriers for all areas of the country.
•     3.However, if you have an account set-up and are accustomed to working with a particular carrier company we will do our best to accommodate you.
•     4.Memorials larger than usual sizes may require special equipment for setting. And it is the responsibility of customer to arrange and pay for that equipment.
• 11. Why is one stone, of the same color, lighter or darker than another one I got on the same shipment?
•     1.All granite blocks are pulled from different areas of the quarry. Because we are at the mercy of Mother Nature there may be shade variations,
•     2.however, the grain of the granite will be the same.
• 12. Do you deal with direct consumers?
•     1. No. Our products is only for stonemasons and cemeteries.
